Program Description

Brief services helps individuals and families work on “the stressor of the day”. These services are short term services that aim to give children youth and their families concrete strategies to address the challenges they are facing and to support ongoing resilience moving forward.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources, including self. Call or complete the online referral form. Individuals 12 years and older can self refer.
