Program Description

Quintin Warner House (branch of Mission Services of London) is a 14-bed residential program for males aged 18 or older who struggle with addiction. Each client is assigned a primary worker for individual counselling to liaise with outside agencies, assist with referrals and help with client directed goal setting and assist with individual treatment plans.

Access Information

Prefer clients have assessment done by an assessment/referral organization. Prefer individuals have completed a 21-day residential treatment program but it is not mandatory. Must have a valid Ontario Health Card. Referrals can be made through professionals. Assessment and intake process must be completed before an admission date is given.
