Program Description

The Peer Resource Centres offer a social environment in the community where members can participate in various group activities which emphasize mental and physical health. The program increases social interactions; provides an opportunity to practice and/or learn life skills; promotes a sense of belonging; promotes the use of community resources (peer support programming); and helps prevent re-hospitalization.

Access Information

Referrals can be made by self, family, hospital, physician, psychiatrist, mental health or health professional. Referral forms may be accessed through the Cornwall office.
