Program Description

Hazelglen offers a home-based treatment alternative to inpatient care for individuals experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis.

The team provides treatment and support (including 24-hour telephone support), utilizing a variety of interventions including psychopharmacology, family education and supportive therapy.

Access Information

Access is through the Emergency Crisis Service at the hospital.

Physician referral is required through centralized intake through Adult Outpatient Services.
