Program Description

For individuals 18 to 65 years old who have a complex clinical condition. The condition must include diagnosis of multiple serious mental illnesses and signs of resistance to treatment, persistence of illness (present longer than six months) and impaired functional ability.

Services offered include: Psychotherapy, medication support, symptom management and support. Follow up includes support for the individuals’ recovery process and goal attainment.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from hospitals, health professionals, family physicians and nurse practitioners. Please contact Ontario Shores Central Intake.
