Program Description

The Dual Diagnosis Team works with those who are living with a developmental impairment and have issues with mental health; who have become or at risk of becoming involved with the courts due to behavioural issues; and have been identified in need of an assessment and intervention.

Program Criteria: Must have a primary care provider; diagnosed or likelihood of being dually diagnosed with assessment; community or family supports are in place.
