Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Therapeutic community. Structured program. Weekend leave (on some weekends). Eligible for home visits following initial four weeks of program. Must attend school (on-site high school classes).

Access Information

Referrals from Probation Officers Ontario-wide and Youth Mental Health Court workers in Central Region.

Must be detoxified (as long as needed depending on the individual). Must be assessed by Portage for suitability (call intake). Must have health card.
