Program Description

Program provides assistance with voluntary withdrawal from opioids in a chronic pain context. It provides harm reduction services, including opioid replacement treatment and linkages to other community-based programs.

Access Information

Self-referrals and referrals from another organization are accepted, it is preferred to receive referrals from Primary Care. Call or complete the referral form. Individuals that are struggling with chronic pain (pain greater than 3 months) are eligible for services.
