Program Description

The program aims to assist individuals with significant mental health challenges (aged 18 and over) in determining their own vision and path to maintaining holistic health and wellbeing, through traditional and contemporary mental health counselling and treatment services. Model of service is culturally appropriate.

Access Information

All referrals are processed through Central Intake. Clients may be self-referred, or referred by family, friend, criminal justice system/ OPP/ Aboriginal Police Services, family physician, First Nation community or mental health worker, a general hospital, a psychiatric hospital, psychiatrist, community mental health organization, or other organization or institution.
