Program Description

Inpatient unit for children and youth who are experiencing serious and complex mental disorder(s) with significant associated psychosocial impairment and often co-morbid conditions. Reasons for admission include the need for diagnostic clarification, assessment, stabilization and/or pharmacological review.

Access Information

Direct hospital to hospital transfers (from emergency departments or inpatient units) are referred via fax referral with a psychiatric consultation.
