Program Description

The Paediatric Eating Disorders Program provides service to children and adolescents up to the age of 17 who require multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment of an eating disorder (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge-eating disorder). The program provides group DBT informed therapy and meal support. This program also provides education to the Hamilton-Wentworth school system.

Access Information

Must be a patient of the eating disorder program. This program provides one-time consultation services for patients who have received care in their home community (outside LHIN 4) and may be considered for the day treatment program. There may be a waiting period to be assessed. Physician referral required. Please request an intake form from the program. Telephone consultation available to physicians and other community service providers. OTN is used on a limited basis.
