Program Description

This program is an eating disorder clinic. Model of service is an interdisciplinary team including dietician, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, social worker, psychiatrist, occupational therapist and psychologist. Program provides assessment and treatment in the form of group and individual therapy, and education, as well as support to families and friends of the referred individual.

Access Information

Physician's referral required. Referrals are coordinated through the outpatient central intake and are accepted from community physicians. There is a link with Queen's University Student Health and St. Lawrence College. Following initial referral, a specific telephone intake is completed prior to the first interview.
