Program Description

Services provided to both indigenous and non-indigenous population, 16 and over in the Manitoulin/Espanola catchment area.
Prevention, awareness and educational services provided to the community.
Works in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team incl. cultural supports, to provide services to victims/survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
Initial assessments completed, supportive and stabilization counselling and trauma based treatment intervention provided to individuals and groups.
Collaborates with community partners, and provides advocacy, system navigation and case management support.

Access Information

Accepts self-referrals, referrals from family, & service providers with consent . Works with clients in main office site as well as satellite office locations and community partner agencies incl. schools.
