Program Description

Mattawa Mental Health Centre offers a variety of programs, peer support, life skills, educational, awareness, social and recreational programs. Some highlights of the programs are: Meditation, PTSD, Boundaries, Arts and Craft Depression Support Group, Borderline Personality Disorder Group, Journaling, and Coping Skills. Staff facilitates educational seminars/workshops on different topics of interest. Monthly calendar of events is available at the centre. Centre has full access of high-speed internet, telephone, and television. Two computers are available for members use only. Mattawa Mental Health Support Centre support francophone individuals.
