Crisis Intervention

Program Description

Our Crisis Response Service offers immediate aid for children/youth and their families who are dealing with imminent mental health crises. On the telephone, our trained mental health professionals assess the crisis and the risks, then initiate the appropriate measures needed to stabilize the situation, including follow-up calls; When these activities are not possible via telephone, our trained mental health professionals visit the child/youth's home, school or any other location in the community.
