The inpatient psychiatry program provides crisis stabilization and multidisciplinary assessments for children and youth who are presenting with acute, severe and complex needs who cannot function in a less restrictive setting.

Admission is through the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) emergency department.
