Program Description

Public education, assertive outreach, assessments and treatment for persons aged 14 to 35 in the early stages of psychotic illness, and their families. Model of service is psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery.

Access Information

Referral process is a telephone call to any of our five service delivery sites. Referral can be made by the individual, a family member, or anyone supporting the individual. The service is voluntary.
