Program Description

The CMHA Peer Support Drop-In Centre is a self-help network for consumers/survivors (individuals 18 years of age and older) who have or have had a personal mental health issue and/or have direct experience using mental health services. Family members are also welcome. The Peer Support Drop-In Centre offers a variety of physical, educational, social and creative activities designed to assist individuals in their mental health and wellness.
