Program Description

This program provides psycho-geriatric assessment, consultation, advocacy, and education to individuals and family/caregivers experiencing or at risk of experiencing responsive behaviours related to mental health, dementia, substance use and/or other neurocognitive disorders.

Access Information

Referrals from family, caregivers, health care providers or community agencies. Psychiatrist and Geriatrician consultation by physician referral only.
