Program Description

Clubhouse model program is based on psychosocial rehabilitation principles. Service for members are recovery-focused and include: structured day with activities that support recovery; supported education; supported employment, including transitional employment; social and recreational programs; assistance to secure housing and community support/generic case management services for people recovering from serious mental illness. Text messaging is available for crisis support to members of this program.

Access Information

Must have experience with the mental health system as well as ongoing and persistent mental health issues. Contact the Access Line or program directly.

Some program activities occur outside these hours and on weekends. Open on holidays from 0900-1400. Open the third Saturday of every month from 1100-1500.
